Project Management
The management of software development projects demands many disciplines from management to ensure success.
Traditional disciplines
We are adept at Project Planning (identify the scope of the project, estimate the work involved, and create a project schedule), Project Monitoring & Control (keep the team and management up to date on the project's progress), and Risk Management (the process of measuring, or assessing risk and then developing strategies to manage the risk).
Additional disciplines
As well as the traditional project management disciplines, we are also skilled at Configuration Management (the task of tracking and controlling changes in the software), Quality Assurance (means of monitoring the software engineering processes and methods used to ensure quality), and Documentation (source code documentation is written text that accompanies computer software).
